As you adopt this routine, using a consistent routine can help your body retain the memory to make those shots after your “ritual.”

A consistent pre-shot routine can enable your free throw percentage to rise. If you’re not consistent you’ll be off when you shoot. The best way to perfect your free throws is to do repetitions of the same routines time and over again.

Practice with your weak hand as much as possible. Tie your dominant hand behind your back and force yourself only use your weaker hand. You will get new dribbling with your weak hand.

You need to put a damper in your opponent’s game when you’re playing defense.Don’t let them get comfortable out there on the court. Be aggressive as you execute.Do not allow them call the plays that they make.
